Project: Exterior paint
We worked with Luis on an exterior painting project for our home in Oakland, CA. We needed to have our front steps and porch re-painted, an external portion of our home scraped and re-painted, some touch-up items handled, and a second-story windowsill repainted. Luis came to our home for an initial consultation and did an excellent job explaining to me what he and his team would need to do as part of this job - scraping old paint, priming, drying, priming again, then painting - how much the job would cost, and why. The estimate he gave was our final price, which included both labor and materials. Luis came to our home the evening before the project began to evaluate the inventory of our leftover paint from previous paint jobs and bought new cans of paint for our project (included in the all-in cost). He gave us a 2-day estimate for the job and finished early in just 1.5 days. Luis and his team were polite, prompt, responsive, timely, and efficient. Highly recommend his services.
